Medical device delegation to Israel

    The Consulate General of Israel in Hong Kong has partnered with the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) to send a delegation to Israel on an overseas training course on medical and in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) devices during 22–27 March 2015.

    ​The rapid development of medical device technologies in Israel has successfully drawn much attention worldwide.  The integrated advanced technologies in electronics and nanotechnology of Israel contribute to the development of world-class innovations in medical and IVD devices.  Many medical device MNCs set up their branches in Israel and invest in medical and healthcare related research.
     
    The Consulate General of Israel in HK has partnered with the HKPC to send a delegation to Israel to meet various regulatory and industry stakeholders, to enable further exploration of the cooperation opportunities between Israel and Hong Kong in other markets such as Europe and Asia.  The delegation will be hosted at the Israeli Medical Device Conference Med-in-Israel.
